Enemies will no longer damage you. Focus on killing the enemies instead of trying to survive.
You will always have full health
Your health will always return to full after you take damage. This won't stop you from taking lethal damage if an enemy can one shot kill you. Your health may lower temporarily buy will eventually fill back up.
